Hello everybody! (presentation)

Hello,
Today is my first day as a blogger, I'm new on this. I am a Spanish cook who's living in Washington DC, USA, As far as you now English is not my first language, so I apologize about my English and about all the mistakes I may do all over the blog.

This blog as its name says, it's going to be about the culinary world that I love and I am in since I was 17 (actually I'm almost 29). I've working all over Spain and some other places, always looking to improve my knowledge about everything related with this amazing huge world.

Almost 2 years ago I decided that I needed to improve my English because the gastronomic world was starting to "speak" English, and I had the opportunity to come to the states to learn a new type of kitchen (I was working in a Mexican restaurant for a year).

Now I want to share with all of you all my experiences and all that's going on in the gastronomic world.

First i wanna share the first movie about a restaurant that was the best in the world for a long time.
